How we think about it
Most business software makes you do the typing.
You buy a tool to save time, and it hands you a screen full of empty boxes. You end up working for the software instead of the other way round. We think that is backwards, so we built ours the other way.
- You ask, it does. Say what you want in an ordinary sentence. No learning where the button is, no course to take, no consultant to hire.
- The buttons are still there. Some things you would rather do yourself, and some days you just want a list. Every screen still works the normal way.
- It shows you how it got there. Click any number and it tells you where that number came from. You are never asked to take its word for it.
- It asks before anything that matters. Sending money, sending email, deleting something. It stops, says plainly what it is about to do, and waits for you.
Your software should be doing the work, not waiting for you to do it.
You stay in charge
It never goes off and does something you would not have done.
The worry about handing work to a computer is that it does something expensive while you are not looking. So we built the brakes first.
Anything that spends money, sends a message to a customer, or throws something away stops and asks you. It shows you exactly what will happen if you say yes.
You decide how much rope it gets, one job at a time. Most people start by approving everything, then let it get on with the boring parts once they trust it.

You set the limit. Below it, the work just gets done. Above it, you get asked.
Where your data goes
Nowhere. The AI is ours and it runs on our machines.
Most AI products send your information to somebody else's computer to be thought about. Yours stays with us, because we built and run the AI ourselves.
Your books, your customer emails and your contacts are never used to train anything. Not our software, and certainly not anybody else’s.
Running it ourselves is also why this is affordable for a business of one or two people rather than priced for a company with a finance department.

Keeping your business safe

- Your information is yours. We do not sell it, we do not train on it, and we do not hand it to another company to process.
- Nobody else can see your account. Your business is kept separate from every other business at the deepest level we can put it.
- The AI cannot be talked into it. If someone sends your business a cleverly worded message, it still cannot spend money or delete your records. Those need you.
- You can always leave. Export everything, whenever you like, without asking us first.
